Description
Rikke’s ranting.
Righto. Before you go any further, there’re a few things I’d like to tell ya about this little comic. Most are totally irrelevant, the rest are just bad excuses,

First of all, this is mostly random jokes and sillyness, which I’ve linked together with a thin (but existing!) plotline. It all started with two one-liner jokes I just HAD to illustrate, and before I knew it, I was trying to make some sensible story between the two. (FYI this is the jokes of page 4 and 10)

This is a just a generic fantasy-world, which means that while it is based on the D&D universe, it also includes other stuff. Like I always say: “A fantasy world without catgirls is a fantasy world not worth creating!”. And so I also include rules and puns on other systems than just the D&D game, and I take many liberties on both races, rules and stuff like that.

And you know what? There’s nothing you can do about it! Ha! >:D

Generally this is aimed to people, who might be a little into the whole roleplay genre and world, but not totally consumed by it.
The reason why I aim at less hardcore fans is because this comic was originally meant for a Danish drawing-site, and so, most of the people there would appreciate a little less cliquishness! You might think it’s more fun if less people understand the joke, but that’s not the case. It just generally means less people are laughing.

Besides, there are some really talented guys out there making those jokes. ;) I’m not gonna butt in on their hunting grounds. After all, there ARE only so many jokes you can make about RPG-systems.

You still reading? For real? Whoa, I’m impressed.

Okay, starting off on the bad excuses I’d like to excuse the varied style. This stems from the fact that the time between page 4 and 5 was almost a year, and I felt I had to redesign the whole stuff.

Second bad excuse: The update time. When I’m done throwing in all of the comics we’ve already made, there will only be monthly updates! The reason for this is the ever-tricky real life! >:V

Michael is very busy with his master thesis, and I’m clawing my way through a psychology study. So sorry folks, this is not up for debate! :P Also, we like to go for a quality over quantity approach, which I personally feels more satisfied with, as an artist.

However, as a reader, I know this approach stinks, since it gets you less story in the same amount of time. But deal with it! >:D It ain’t gonna change!

And so this concludes Rikke’s ranting and bad excuses. See y’all out there.
